Galley style kitchen with three stools at the breakfast bar.  Cool ceramic tile on the floor and painted walls with ‘fish’ stencils liven up the kitchen.

Beautiful, sunny 23' x 12' "family room" with ceiling fan.  This serves as the eating area with a sitting area.  Ceramic floor tile is nice and cool on your feet.  This room has sliding glass doors at either end, looking out to the green lawns in the front and back yards. 

Amenities: Cable color TV (including HBO), VCR/DVD player, stereo with CD player, dishwasher, microwave, gas grill, washer/dryer, telephone, iron & ironing board, puzzles, games, cards, books, movies.

In the front of the house, a quaint outside patio, adorned by Adirondack chairs, has a pergola overhead.   Along the front fence is a row of pretty pink rose bushes.  In the back of the house is a large patio almost the length of the house.   Two picnic tables totaling 12 feet in length, shaded by umbrellas, accommodate your entire group.  Comfortable lounge chairs, adirondack chairs and a hammock are available to relax and enjoy the shaded yard.  A sprinkler system keeps the lawn green and lush.
